Great apartment in Vienna Positive: Came with own car for a weekend tour of the city. Location is absolutely fantastic in that regard. There is a tram line 2 stop right in front of the apartment, which takes you to the city center and you can easily transfer to underground train after a couple of stops. Apartment was in great condition, clean, all the amenities (except air-con). Having a garage for your car is rare in Vienna, so another plus here. There were some mentions of noise at night. Yes, tram drives right under the window, but with the windows closed, it is dead silent in the apartment (we're light sleepers). If you have to sleep with windows open, I can imagine it is unbearably loud. Negative: There is no air-con. Weather was a bit on the cold side, so it was fine, but we would never stay here in summer, unfortunately. After booking (and paying) you are presented with another payment for tourist tax (most places have this included in the price).

Μια καλη επιλογή, σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Positive: Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο τα δύο δωμάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα, μπορεί να γίνει κράτηση για 5 άτομα και να είναι άνετα. Εχει ένα μικρό μπάνιο και μία μεγάλη τουαλέτα. Ηταν πολύ καθαρό είχε καλή διακόσμηση είναι έξω από σταθμό του τραμ και πάνω από σούπερ μάρκετ. Negative: Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες δεν είναι ότι πιο εύκολο. Η όλη διαδικασία του check-in είναι λες και παίζεις σε δωμάτιο διαφυγής, σου απαντάνε με κάτι μηνύματα αυτοματοποιημένα για πρέπει να κάτσει να διαβάζεις οδηγίες πόσα ανοίγει πόρτα πώς να μπεις μέσα . Ο μηχανισμός και το χερούλι που είναι στην πόρτα του δωματίου αν έχεις λίγο πιο μεγάλα και πιο χοντρά χέρια δεν μπορείς να τον ανοίξεις για να μπεις στο δωμάτιο. Αυτό είναι σε όλα τα διαμερίσματα που έχουν οι ίδιοι οικοδεσπότες στον ήδη όροφο, όλες οι πόρτες εκεί που ανοίγουνε είναι γεμάτες σημάδια γιατί το χέρι δεν χωράει. Ο νεροχύτης στην κουζίνα ήταν χαλασμένος και μάζευε νερά με αποτέλεσμα να έχουνε μαζευτεί μυγάκια μέσα στο σπίτι.

Clean, good position for public transport and good hosts. Positive: Niko who was our supporter, helped us a lot. we had an issue with heating but in 1 hour he solved our problem. in my perspective , there can be problems but most important is how your host help you and how fast they act!!!. niko was really fast and it really makes us happy. Apartment is big, very close to market, tramway and has a garage... it was also clean and enough big for 4 -6 people. Negative: parking entrance was tight for SUVs and need attention. but sincerely it was the only thing that I can write because all other things were very good.
